Junior Service Designer - Sky

After graduating I started at Sky as a UX Designer for the global OTT service platforms. My role consisted of improving and maintaining the service platforms (Account, Help, Community) for NowTV (UK, Ireland and Italy), SkyX (Austria), Sky Ticket (Germany) and Peacock (US).


April 2018 - July 2018

UX/UI Designer - TruDigital

Formerly part of CDG. Working in a start-up environment allowed me to take more ownership of existing client projects. Creating actionable conversion reports became the greatest part of my role.


May 2017 - April 2018

Graduate Designer - CDG

After graduating I joined CDG full-time. My day-to-day role had me working closely with project managers, developers and clients to design a variety of eCommerce and bookings sites. I also worked with the marketing team to create content for social media and email campaigns.

As well as working with clients, I also worked within product teams, creating and refining SaaS mobile applications in an agile delivery environment. Taking part in daily scrums and presenting weekly progress to business stakeholders.

During my last year at university I got the opportunity to work alongside my degree as a design intern. This allowed me to develop my design and developer skills in a professional setting.
